The perceived role of government regulation
and policy
To better understand what action the government might take on the environment, respondents were asked whether they agreed or disagreed with a number of regulatory and policy options that could be introduced to protect the environment.
Most Victorians (89%) agreed the government should consider environmental concerns when making decisions.
